- September: Football Fridays and Saturdays. Pick a team, pick an outfit.
- October: The first cold front. Patio season officially opens.
- November: Holiday markets and gift shopping in the Galleria area.
- December: Lights, parties and a Christmas Day that could be 40°F or 80°F. Pack for both.
